Walking through reveals an incredibly cozy home with everything you could want/need. The first space inside is the living room with one side containing a custom, 72” fold-out couch while across is an expandable projector screen with projector included.
Moving along is the kitchen that has tons of counter/storage space with a two burner electric stove, toaster oven and a fridge/freezer.
Just past the kitchen is a large wood stove with a custom stand to store wood below. The walls and ceiling around the stove are fully insulated with fireproof insulation.
In the bathroom there is a full vanity, shower, and compost toilet.
Situated in the rear of the bus is the bedroom. With a queen bed and features under-bed storage, and 4 separate closet spaces.
The walls, ceilings, and floor have all been fully insulated inside the skoolie.
As for power, the tiny home has a 30-amp system with AC outlets throughout and a solar system with 400 watts of solar on the roof. There are 3 100 deep cell batteries, a charge controller, Renogy 2000W Inverter, 40A DC-DC battery charger, and a VictronConnect Smart Shunt 500A for battery monitoring and usage history.
As for water, the bus is fitted with a facet outside to hook up to water and has two 30-gallon fresh water tanks on board and a 15-gallon grey water tank below the bus.
