108,000 original miles, runs and drives perfect. titled as an rv, thats a huge bonus.

the bus is 39′ long plus i added a rear deck/addition of almost 6′. Built in storage boxes.
The bus comes with just about everything you need to finish it. Brand new in packaging 47″ free standing tub, seperrate villa composting toilette brand new in box, on demand water heater brand new in box with additional water heater for parts.
Brand new in the box pioneer mini split with heat pump, 2-100 gallon water tanks, all the sub flooring lumber, tongue and groove floor sheeting, 2x6s & 2×12’s, extra wood, paint and steel.
1300 sq ft of closed cell spray foam insulation still in box brand new There is just a ton of stuff that will go with the bus.
The roof was raised 18″ and professionally welded. 96″ of headroom. Trailer hitch with electronic brakes (small fortune there). Basically you have the entire sub floor plus all the insulation, and basically entire bathroom already there.
Also have 2-10′ awnings assembled and ready to go on. All the steel on the bus was locally sourced.
