The Ichetucknee Springs Campground rests along SW Breckenridge Lane and across SW Elim Church Rd from Ichetucknee Springs State Park.

The Travelers Campground is located a few miles northwest of Alachua and north of the intersection of Highway 441 and Interstate 75.

The town of Alachua is filled with worthy day trips and activities. For travelers with children, the Alachua Spray Park makes for a great excursion on hot days. There is also the Dudley Farm Historic State Park just outside town, where visitors can learn about Floridian homestead farm life from the 1850s.
