shower room has custom stainless shower pan recessed into the floor 9 inches. That gives you an amazing 82 inches of standing room no more squatting to take a shower!

we pull our jeep behind it with a heavy duty receiver built into the bumper for better clearance.
4 wheel hydraulic disc brakes (no air brakes).
exhaust pipe turned out by wheel for better ground clearance.  Brush bumper will protect your radiator and intercooler from damage. Radiator replaced with new 4 core all aluminum radiator. Mechanically sound. Likes to cruse at about 65 mph tagged as an rv no CDL REQUIRED

THE INSIDE

we have been using this rig for about 3 years but it needs decorating. Im good at building things but I’m no interior designer. We kept an open living room/kitchen to give the kids room on rainy days so there is lots of room to add stuff up front. Has bunk beds, large closet, shower room, toilet room, master bed room, full size couch and 6 foot counter with tub sink and a single propane burner. Homebuilt compost toilet, propane or electric fridge/freezer RV breaker box with shore power cord will handle your 12 and 110 circuits and can charge batteries. Upgraded leather captan’s chair, marine faucet, roof top AC with wall thermostat that will control your furnace which i have (to be installed) Has diesel heater

APPERANCE

everything is dirty in the pictures because we just got back from a 5 day camping trip in the rain. The paint and floor are a-lot more shiny than they appear.  Needs cabinet doors and  shower needs tile board, tile and a sliding door. It really needs someone to make it look pretty and add the home touches

EXTRAS

I have a fifth wheel camper with everything you need to upgrade the conveniences, RV toilet, black water tank and grey water tank, water tank. Hot water tank propane box, water pump, shore water box, oven and range, upper cabinets, windows, anything you want except for the frame and axels.  i can help remove parts for you.

SOLAR

i have a large complete solar system in storage for it. 6 200w panels. 4 200ah sealed lead acid batteries 2 solar controllers. The system is designed to be wired in series/parallel 3 panels to 2 batteries x2 it and enough 4inch aluminum tubing to make a 35 foot rack system/ deck. Lots of heavy duty U/V resistant wire. If you want the solar it will affect the price
