2006 Blue Bird All American

2006 Blue Bird All American finished skoolie. Registered as an RV/motor home. Build out was completed when I got it, and it had been specifically picked for the lack of undercarriage rust. I have since had more maintenance/repair work done to make sure that it should be all ready to go. Including 4 new batteries in August 2025. I can provide copies of any paperwork to the new owner if requested.

The All American was the upper end Blue Bird model, 40 feet, upgraded chassis, tinted windows, better engine. The builder then also upgraded further to a 330hp 7.2L Cat 7 diesel engine (from the 230hp). Combined with the Allison 3000 transmission, makes this one of the more enviable combos out there. Tires, front brakes, shocks, tie rod end were all replaced in 2022, rear air brakes were adjusted/maintenance in 2024. It has not had very much road time since I’ve owned it. Only issue that I know about for sure, is that the right windshield wiper relay switch probably needs to be replaced, since it does not always stop going immediately when turned off.

On board 4500 watt generator, power inverter, roof air conditioning unit, propane water heater, 2 standard propane tanks, back up camera. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. 55 gal fresh water tank, 55 gal black water, 20 gal gray water. Trailer hitch, supposed to be rated to 9,000lbs towing capacity, but the wiring/lighting harness was not completed.

Queen size platform bed. 10.1 cubic ft refrigerator. Microwave/air fryer unit. 2 full size couches, 1 reclines (the other is fixed due to the wheel well). 2 TVs. Plenty of storage inside and outside.

The builder never got to use it for their personal reasons. And sadly, I too never actually got to use it with life changes and circumstances. So now time for someone else to hopefully use it and enjoy it.
