Bennie the 2011 Thomas Front Engine Flat Nose Bus

Hi! This is Bennie the Bus (instagram: @benniethebus). My wife and I built Bennie when we got engaged in 2020. We have enjoyed many years of life with Bennie and are sad the time has come for her to make someone else’s life magical.

Bennie is a 2011 front engine, flat nose bus originally from Ohio.

It has a Cummins ISL 8.9L Engine.

It has a full solar system, mini-split A/C, and a mini wood-burning stove designed for sailboats.

The back fits a queen bed. It also was a handicap bus so it has a side door with access under the bed area, which we call “the garage”.

The interior lights are dimmable. Vintage style fridge and freezer with a 2-burner electric stove in the kitchen.

The ceiling is painted “Meet Cute” color which is exactly the experience she will give you.

The bathroom is unfinished but plumbed for a shower to the grey tank under the bus. It also has a tankless water heater.

Grey tank and potable water tank are mounted under the bus.

Couch pulls out with storage underneath. Dining table is fold up live edge white oak which matches all counter tops in the bus.

Floors are white oak hardwood. We have seen some shifting over our travels but nothing serious.

We put great care into style, color, design and even materials that were put into Bennie.
