Description
Create your dream house on wheels!
-Windows removed and replaced with sheet metal, all by an actual welder/metalworker. Five new double pane house windows installed.
-All seats (except drivers seat) removed and recycled.
-Flooring removed down to the metal, ready to have sub-floor and flooring installed.
-We have also sealed all of the outer seams to keep rainwater out.
-Antique wood stove included. It is SO cool and will keep you toasty warm through the chilly months. You can see it in the last picture, on the right side.
-284k miles, so this thing will go for MANY, many more.
-We are the first owners of the bus since it was owned by the school district we purchased it from (and have driven it probably a total of 80 miles since then, but start it up often and cruise around the neighborhood). They take meticulous care of the busses, since they are transporting kids.
Our plan was to make this bus ready for the weather of our region, so that is just what we did before starting any of the exciting stuff.
All of the hard, annoying, not fun parts of a skoolie build are already done for you. This is a blank slate for you to start building back up. Runs just great, too.
Our plans have changed so our hard work is your gain! Engine: Caterpillar 3126B Transmission: Allison MD 3060 Serious inquiries only, please. Do something cool and build yourself a bus! Or donโt want to live in a bus but still want to do something cool? Turn it into a mobile vintage shop, book store, bakery, apothecary, party bus, tumble bus for kids parties, tattoo shop, office space, delivery business, the possibilities are endless!
