The time has come for us to sell our retirement dream. We just ran out of time and energy, topped off with health issues. 

Big Blue spent its working life with The Catholic School Board on Vancouver Island.

Specifications:

• Cummins 8.3L turbo, 260 horsepower diesel rear engine.
• MD3060 Allison automatic transmission. 6 forward speeds.
• 245,040 kms on the odometer.
• 4 outside storage compartments.

Here is a list of of what has been done to it so far:

• Roof has been professionally lifted 20”
• All old style side  windows have been removed and replaced with 2 awning windows 62”x23” sealed units, 1x single hung window 36’x24”. The original rear awning window 52”x20” was left in place.
• Front bi-fold door has been replaced with an rv,style insulated door with screen door
• All seats removed
• Floor (metal) has been cleaned and sealed, insulated with 1½” foam board and covered with ⅝” plywood.
• Walls and ceiling have been about 90% insulated with Havelock (sheeps wool),  about 90% sealed with Reflectix insulated vapour barrier and the walls about 90% covered with tongue and groove pine slats. The ceiling has no wood coverage.
• The master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom have been partially built out with ¾” maple covered plywood end walls…
• Includes 2 custom made countertops, one counter top includes a sink and taps.
