2004 Blue Bird All American

Something I wish I had done differently prior to starting a build: starting with a fully gutted school bus. It would have saved so much hassle. This 2004 Blue Bird All American is 100% gutted!! It is currently located in Providence Forge, VA 23140. Feel free to text me with any questions. Details below.

-Fully gutted (seats, floors, ceiling, side panels)

-Floor primed with rust-preventing primer and paint

–Framing and insulation applied to floor. Free EXTRA green insulation included! See picture. It can be used for side or other job.

-Baseboards down and painted with mold-proof primer paint

-Exterior primed with rust-preventing primer (see brown exterior)

-Silicone white colored 5 gallon paint included with purchase for the roof job

–Windows easily removable

-Some skoolie window deletes (in bathroom areas) with aluminum rust-proof thick sheet metal. Extra sheet metal included with purchase for you to choose which windows to close!!

–Spray insulation included with purchase… this is worth hundreds of dollars! Please wear PPE because this is a very good type of insulation.

-Heater coolant re-routed to be hidden under driver’s seat

-Coolant flushed and replaced. Extra coolant included.

-Diesel mechanic inspected prior to a 10-hour drive in which it drove beautifully.

-Allison transmission

-Back two wheel wells partially framed. Extra wood included!
