Ceiling and back panel gutted (except for where emergency hatch is so you can keep hatch or replace with fan/skylight if you’d like). MaxxAir fan with automatic rain control and remote included. *ceiling Ready for insulation of your choice.
*Floor insulation installed and seem sealed
*tongue and groove sub floor installed.
Spray foam sealed along edges
*Framing started

2 inspections completed before and after I purchased it in April.  Both passed with recommendations to consider new tires before doing winter travel,  transmission or basic all fluid flush, and fix AC (heat still works but AC doesn’t) Was quoted under $200 to fix. 50% (estimated several years) left on breaks.
