I bought it directly from a school district in Washington in 2015, I have not done any mechanical work on it it is as it was when it left the school district. It runs and drives great. the engine and transmission always run cool.
I have added a water system, hot and cold, (only has a sink so far) and a stove and oven. Flooring and some framing have been done I put in a couch and three bunks for my kids and a queen size bed in the back.
tires are in fair condition breaks are in good condition(4 wheel air disk breaks) I start it regularly all the mechanical system function normally.
