Runs well – may have a mechanical issue. A heat sensor showed a cylinder may not be firing.
Has no exterior rust, literally NONE. Came from a church in Tennessee. Have all maintenance records from the church and title in hand.

Completely gutted, subfloor installed, soundproof material throughout. Foam board Insulation and gap filler below windows, boxes around wheel wells built. Furring strips done from the windows down – MOST of them.
Roof emergency exits rebuilt to skylight boxes, both open. One leaks but have replacement included in accessories.

95-gallon freshwater tank
75-gallon gray tank

Shurflo water pump and all parts needed
Fresh water inlet
30 Amp RV hook up male and female connections
Locks for side door Emergency exits – 5 total
