Whatโs wrong with it
- Currently, the inside battery charger is not working. I have several emails in to the battery people and have reopened my case with the builders. Hoping to get that all settled before sale and am willing to work with buyer through transition.ย
- There is plumbing for a washer/dryer but there is not a washer/dryer
- There is a no kitchen counter, as that slab of wood holds sentimental value to our family.ย
- That said, it does have a working sink AND plumbing for a sink in the kitchen
- There is piping for small propane range. Range itself is broken and not included
- Passenger seatbelts are bolted into bus, but there are no seats for them any longer. They can be moved.ย
Why are we abandoning it
- The plan was to live in it for one year, then hit the road. As we were moving into it, the battery charger stopped working-slowly and painfully. The pressure we felt as a family to move into the bus while it wasnโt working created much stress, felt by my children. As much as I want to move forward and carry out the dream-it is MY dream and my kids arenโt willing to follow along any more. Iโm going to listen to them and stay here for now. The bus is way too big for me to deal with on my own in the future, so Iโm selling her to a family or someone who is ready to live the dream.ย
- There is a lot of space that is unused and open for ideas. We removed the dinette, as it was supposed to fold into a giant, comfortable, mega-couch for rainy day slothing. That wasnโt done and the couch currently in there is horribly uncomfortable. Iโm keeping it in there, as itโs something for now.ย
- The second bunk was not built to our specifications. We attempted to build it to what we wanted and mostly succeeded. However, iโve taken most of it down and it is now open space, ideas for the next owner.ย
This bus was built by a company. I will happily share all information, warranties, booklets, remotes, and keys with the new owner. She is mostly ready for adventures and wants to get more miles on those new tires.ย
