This Skoolie has been a faithful companion on many outings and was a comfortable, well-equipped home on wheels for our family of four. The sturdy Cummins 6BT engine runs like a champ, even on steep inclines in the Rockies. Titled as an RV with clear title.

Interior Features:

• Kitchen, Pantry & Dining: Fully functional cooking and dining area with ample cabinet space for storage of all essentials and then some!
• Sleeping Areas: Includes full-size elevated bed in rear (sleeps 2) plus a bunkbed for the kids (sleeps 2 more)
• Work Space: Fold-down desk for your remote work needs and rooftop internet dome to keep you connected
• Bathroom & Laundry: Bathroom sink, toilet and bathtub plus a laundry area with wash machine so you can skip the laundromats
• Heating/Cooling: Cubic Mini wood stove fireplace with heat reflectors to keep the entire bus cozy off grid. Pioneer 30 amp mini-split for power-efficient heating and cooling.
• Insulation: Cedar plank tongue-and-groove ceiling with Rockwool insulation, and LVP click-flooring with reinforced insulation and plywood installed beneath.

• Custom Paint: White ceramic insulative paint (Hy-Tech) with cooling technology – a blank canvas ready for your creative customization!
• Weatherproofing: Meticulously sealed and painted for all-weather durability.
• Deck and Storage: Custom-welded rear deck and multiple cargo bays for extra storage.
• Well Equipped: Back-up camera, sunlight sail hatches for roof access and provides extra cooling, window covers, and underside-mounted gray water tanks, propane tank, and heat transfer pump for mini-split.
• Professional Installation: While we did most of the grunt work ourselves, we opted for professional installation of electrical systems, propane, AC and plumbing to ensure safe and reliable operation.
