Bus Description

“Big Mama Blu” has been my partner’s and my home on wheels for the past three years. She has been an exceptional home, but is ready to be taken on her next adventure. We have decided to retire our nomad lifestyle as we feel that we have gotten everything we wanted out of it these past few years of travel.

This bus is completely renovated into the perfect mobile home. She has a kitchen with a farmhouse style sink, a gas stove/oven, and a bathroom with a shower, and nature’s head composting toilet. The living room has a couch that pulls out into a full size bed for guests, as well as a desk for work/meal times. The bedroom has a space for a king sized mattress, and has a tv mounted to watch all your favorite shows/movies from bed. The bedroom also has two sizable closets for clothes, shoes, and any other miscellaneous items. The bus will also come with a two in one washer dryer combo. And if you have feline family members like we did, there is an area under the washer and dryer that is perfect for a litter box. In the back of the bus we have what we like to call the “garage”. This is the space underneath and behind the bed where the batteries, solar equipment, water heater, and spare tire are currently stored. There is also plenty of room for additional items to be stored there as well. 

As for maintenance and health of the engine and related components, we have had the engine’s oil and filters changed every 3000 miles. Most recently (Summer of 2024), we had the engine inspected internally during a trip to the shop and were given a clean bill of health. In our three years of traveling in this bus we have never experienced a break down.
