2009 Chevrolet with a 5-window Collins Short Bus Body

After nine months of conversion and a fantastic year of travel, it is time for us to say goodbye to our bus.

The runabout is a 2009 Chevy Express G3500 with a 5-window Collins bus body professionally converted into a fully off-grid home on wheels!

The layout is truly unique. You will have absolutely everything with the advantage of driving a short bus instead of a huge one: fully equipped kitchen, real shower, 40-gallon fresh water tank, furnace, tankless water heater, composting toilet, elevator queen size bed, guest bed, two benches, swiveling removable dining table, rotary passenger seat, removable extra desk, security cameras, Wi-Fi router and booster, and so much more.

With 630 Watts of solar panels on the roof and 280Ah of LiFePO4 batteries, you’ll have enough power to charge your devices and run your household appliances.

For your information, our job is to build special effects/props for shows in Las Vegas and around the world. We had also remodeled several houses before converted this bus. From insulation to solar power and water system, everything was made with high quality materials and products (photos of conversion available for the buyer). The beautiful exterior painting was made by a professional auto body shop and we hired a seamstress for the upholstery work.
