Purchased from original owner/converter in 2022 and lived in for 6 months, this is a quality conversion. Features include 671 Detroit Diesel engine (in middle of bus; all under the floor – great balance) with Allison Automatic transmission and trans jake brake, DANA rear end with duel rear end (duel wheels on each side of axle). 36 foot frame.
This is a desirable Crown Coach (check out the company on the internet), with 90 lb tinsel strength Aluminum shell over steal ribs.
Living area features include lots of Maple and Walnut wood in cabinetry, solid Maple doors to bathroom and bedroom, and an apartment sized refrigerator. Layout is living room, with Cubic Mini fireplace, dining area with solid Cedar plank table, doubling as bed, kitchen with lots of prep space. One door opens to the bathroom, featuring a full size tub w/ shower, and tile mosaic surround, and then through another door to the queen size bedroom.
Water storage is 100 gallon fresh/ 40 gallon grey.
Shore power is flexible, allowing for 20, 30 or 50 amp, plus three 100 watt solar panels on roof, Victron inverter (3000k/120 volt/12 volt) linked to 2 Battle Born bank lithium batteries. Propane gas for cooking and furnace, plus electrical (750 watts) wall heater in bathroom. Gen set is 4k/120/240 volt 30 amp mounted in bay. Tires are all around like new, less than a couple thousand on road.
Included are a 32″ wall mounted Samsung TV in living area, plus smaller in bedroom, linked to a DVD.
