It’s all pretty DIY.
Plumbing could stand to be redone, water pump needs to be replaced.
Toilet needs to be redone. In the toilet nook is currently a setup for a waterless system, but it’s in disrepair.
Solar wiring needs redone, battery bank needs replacing
Ceiling is low. I am short (5’4″) and my 6ft friends cannot stand up straight. But almost nothing has been done to the ceiling/roof, and a roof raise would be possible.
Original windows, some cracked.
Exterior paint needs redoing

Parking break sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. I just use a wedge under a couple tires when I need to.
Might blow spark plugs, but if you keep the block heater plugged in, this isn’t an issue.
