1994 Chevy G30/2004 Collins Skoolie Conversion

Diesel Van/Bus microbus conversion for sale.  I’ve had it for nearly a year and know the previous owner well.  It’s in good running order, but will need some love (Known major maintenance, issues, and upcoming needs listed below).  I would love to keep it and take it to its potential, but I simply don’t have the time to devote to it.  It fits well in most parking spots and is spacious enough inside for a lot of living-on-the-road and weekend getaway possibilities.  I also have more photos and documents with more extensive specs relevant to design possibilities (dimensions etc) on request.

Prebuilt wood bed frame that will accommodate King size mattress with ample storage space underneath
Has 4 bench seats total and a bolt-down partition with a rail by the entrance stairs.  The partition and 2 of the seats are not installed.
Low rust accumulation.  It has lived its whole life in the southwest with arid climate.  The floor has little to no rust at all.
Two battery electrical system (One for the original van functions and one for bus-centric functions, both systems need work, see below)
No leaks from the roof/body (see below)

Known issues of significance:
Electrical issues (Van functions: Wipers inconsistent, Dash gauges a little wacky, Transmission Sensor issues (some shifting issues), 12v lighter, Bus functions: Not at all sure, but I know it needs attending to)
Air Conditioning needs recharge and possibly repair
Some small leakage from driver’s side door seal.
There are other smaller quirks as well as wear and tear, but nothing barring functionality.
