80% completed build.  Partially converted, main living area completed, with minor finishing details needed. 12″ Roof Raise! Running water and drains to the shower & kitchen sink installed and work properly. Butcher block countertops in the kitchen. Working woodburning stove with roof vent.  New cushions and upholstery on couch and booth. Couch pulls out into a full size bed, booth is a small twin. King size bed platform in the rear of the bus above the engine compartment. Smart LED TV above driver.  LED lights throughout the bus.  Residential steel door with windows installed. Tan rhio-liner paint throughout the outside of the bus, with a white painted roof. New bright LED headlights, tail lights (break & turn signal), and rear roof light strip recently upgraded.  All external lights in good working order. Windshield wipers in working order.  Air brakes work well. Vent in the wall for AC unit or clothes dryer. Storage and access panels have clasps with combo-locks that prevent unwanted access.
