2000 International DT466 Roof Raise Completed Skoolie

This new skoolie conversion is ready to hit the road for this summers season of exploring! I’ll try include as much bullet point details as I can here but don’t hesitate to reach out if you want additional details.

The chassis is a 2000 International 3800 with a DT466 engine and Allison MT643 transmission. The odometer reads just below 190,000. The engine was rebuilt by international with 850 hrs on the rebuild. New rear air bags and shock absorbers. Tires are in great shape and have lots of life left.

The conversion has a 24 inch roof raise making it super spacious inside with loads of headroom and storage. Cabinetry is made of 3/4 birch ply and finished with non-toxic rubio monocoat making it easy to maintain and clean as surfaces get used.

Electrical: 2225w solar, 10kWh lithium battery bank, EcoFlow power hub with options to expand battery bank or add generator, shore power charging, alternator charging, touch control console with remote app monitoring and control when connected to wifi, dimmable lighting throughout, usb/c charging at bed, dinette, and captains chair, patio outlet for outdoor accessories

Water: 100 gal fresh (inside), 51 gal grey (outside with tank heater), organized plumbing to make maintenance and troubleshooting a breeze, Aquor quick connect tank fill and city hookup, Aquor hot/cold outside hose bib for outdoor shower or cleaning needs, 10 gal propane/electric water heater, Simarine tank monitoring (fresh, grey, propane)

Climate: 3 inch subfloor insulation, 3 inch ceiling spray foam insulation, 2 inch sidewall spray foam insulation, 2 heat/cool zones (1 in bed/bath area, 1 in front living area) each with thermostat, AC, and propane furnace, 29 gal onboard propane, all windows are dual-pane insulated frameless RV windows for optimal heat loss/gain

Dash/Driver: rear and side view cameras for visibility, map light, dash heater and defroster, usb outlet, switches for various controls (unassigned switches for future additions)

Living/Kitchen: 4 seater dinette with storage, accent light, and over head cabinetry (table drops down to daybed setup), 8 cu. ft. 12v fridge/freezer, butcher block counter top, 2 burner induction cook top, multifunction airfryer/oven, soft close drawers, soft close cabinetry with magnet catches, bar sink with extendable faucet, task lighting, exhaust hood
