2000 Thomas Freighliner 3126

Hello all, sadly its time to move on from this project, moving out of state and no longer have time to invest in this, even though I’d love too.

This bus is the perfect starter for anyone looking for a weekend warrior or a full time home. Its 40′ long, has only 103k miles on it. It is already titled as a Motorhome, so that takes half the headache of these conversions out of the equation.

It has a Caterpillar 3126b motor, freshly changed oil and filter, fresh fuel filter, and no codes. Those motors will last 500-600k easily with the proper maintenance. Its got an Alison 4 speed automatic transmission.

This bus made it everywhere, even places my car couldn’t. Drives like a champ, took it all over the US, and it handled dirt roads to mountain roads no problem. Interior is pretty much a blank slate.

Already has a subfloor and flooring and we even have new flooring to put on as well. Already plumbed, it has a 110 gallon fresh water tank and water pump, has propane plumbed and comes with 4 propane tanks, (mini stove & fridge included), it also has solar, and a 750w inverter, perfect for powering basic necessities.
