2001 Blue Bird gutted skoolie WITH GOODIES!

This is a skoolie project, ready to be handed over to the person that can finish what I started.
If you’re the adventurous sort, this could be your bug-out home, or vacation destination on wheels, for a fraction of the price of a new RV.

This bus has been fully gutted (floor walls and ceiling, all the chairs and inside heaters removed, floor has been cleaned and roughly 450 screw holes have been plugged, and waterproofed, so all the crappy work is done!
(Approximately 100 hours of work went into this prep-part, fiy.)

The rear part has been built up into a queen-size bed with storage, sitting area, and both the wheel wells and bathroom area are framed out.

This skoolie comes with:
200 gallon fresh water tank
200 feet of Sharkbite (pex) plumbing
7 gallon electric Bosch water heater
brand new shower pan
4 boxes of Havelock insulation,
3GPM water pump
Assorted other gadgets and tools.
All in all, about $2000 worth of stuff to get you started.

It has a charged battery, half a tank of diesel, and starts-runs every 3 months for a few hours.

Road-ready, all lights, signals and brakes work, main doors still work on the pneumatic system.

This vehicle does NOT have an RV title, so it requires a Commercial Drivers License to operate. If needed I can provide a contact who will relocate this beast for a small fee.
I will not move the bus off my property until the transaction is done, however I will make time to meet up and give you a tour-de-maison and prove functionality and quality.
We purchased the bus directly from Northwest Bus Sales in Seattle.

Price is negotiable to an extent, it is as important to me that this bus goes to a *good* new home, as it is to find a fair deal for both of us.
