SALE PENDING** 6/2
Off grid skoolie built less than a year ago! 175,000 miles. I did all the work and can answer any questions you have. I’ve lived in it full time for the past 7 months and it runs well!
Selling because I started off on a trip and decided I want to put down roots and buy a house near my family instead. Wouldn’t get rid of it if I didn’t need the money for other ventures. Looking for a buyer who will love and cherish her!
Check engine light has been on the whole time I’ve owned it. The code is included in pics. I’ve had a shop look at it and didn’t find any specific thing to change without just replacing things to troubleshoot, so I’ve left it. It has a new water pump and thermostat after overheating on a trip in March. January 2021 it passed PA inspection, got new spark plugs, and re-sealed windows and roof. It takes regular gas and is a 6.0 LS engine. When looking for parts or work on it, it’s a Chevy Express 3500.
Will include a few solar lanterns, fire extinguisher, rechargeable hand vacuum, 100′ extension cord, RV plug adapter, all the custom curtains, backup camera, compost toilet (cleaned, if you want it), weboost drive sleek signal booster, and mattress if you want it. If you don’t need the mattress, I’ll take $200 off the price. Queen size bed fits in the frame. Table converts into another single bed. Bench seats come off for more storage.
Measurements:
Length: 23′
Height: 9.5′
Width: 9′
Clean title. Tag and registration are PA but I’m currently parked in NC and trying to sell from here. It’s titled, registered, and insured as a truck based on 10,000lb weight. Actual weight around 8,500lb.
If you’re looking for something move-in ready, I’ll consider including some of the off grid things I’d prefer to keep for an extra cost. These include:
Heater buddy propane heater
20lb propane tank
Propane hose
Butane single burner
Primo water jugs and pump
Solar battery and 60w solar panel
I would prefer to keep these things for my home and camping but I’m open to pick and choose on these and I’ll increase cost based on them because I know some people may be looking for something ready to go. If you want reviews/recommendations for your own stuff, I’ll tell you what I know!
