Re-listing, as our seller has had a change of circumstances. Bad news for them, great news for those reading.

We custom built this 2004 Bluebird (Handicap Model)Bus with the express purpose to live off grid. We traveled the US for nearly year, dry camping (boon-docking)in places like the mountains of TN, the Grand Tetons, and the beaches of TX. It proved to be an amazing place to live, with countless experiences along the way.

On our way across country, we discovered that we were loosing oil. Although we never found a leak, a mechanic had informed us that the engine may need to be rebuilt/ replaced.  The big concern was the timing. They quoted us 4 months to get to the bus for diagnosis and then longer if  any major issue was found. At the time, our schedule wouldn’t allow for the 4 months to diagnose the issue. We still are not 100% sure of the engine. This will need to be determined by the buyer. If an engine is needed, a rebuilt long block is less than $8,000.

We have come to the hard decision to sell. Our adventures changed and so has our mode of traveling.
