Plumbing details:
Stock tank style bathtub only plumbed for a shower, has a 30 gallon gray water tank hooked up to the shower and Talavera style sink. Aqua-magic RV toilet with 25 gallon black water tank. Black and gray water tanks drain to typical RV style drain connections. Two 30 gallon fresh water tanks, with a 12v water pump. Can be hooked up to city water or just fill the tanks. Camp chef propane stove/oven. Tankless propane water heater vented to the outside. RV Propane tank is 12 gallons (gauge on propane tank not working). Fresh water tanks are under the bed. All water plumbing has been done with ยฝโ pex using Sharkbite fittings. The sink faucet is the only part plumbed with copper pipe, and it can rotate up and down if needed to fill larger pots of water or bottles.
House Electrical details:
One 200 amp hour Renogy LI battery. 3000 watt Xantrex 12v to 120v inverter. 9,000 BTU mini split AC/Heat pump system, this system runs best when plugged into shore but does help when off-grid (we typically used it for a few hours to warm up before going to sleep and a few hours upon waking up). 32โ Vizio smart TV. Added a Lithium battery isolation manager (LIBIM) that tops off the house battery as you drive. Has a momentary switch to charge the vehicle starting batteries if needed. LED RV style lighting throughout. There is a 55 Amp 120v to 12v charger (converter) that is wired in place but went down on previous owner, so the batteries canโt charge through shore power as of now, however shore can still run the DC applications. Essentially by plugging into shore with the current setup you won’t lose any battery charge, but you won’t gain any. For solar we have 3 Windy nation 100 watt panels (300 watts total) configured in a low profile on the roof. These connect to a charge controller inside the bus behind the stove, then wired directly to the battery bank bus bars. Can monitor the battery level and solar reading from the DC home phone app. Solar keeps us topped off very well, weโve been off grid all of our trip expect a few days. Also has MaxxAir roof vent/fan as well as a bedside fan and numerous outlets throughout. JBL wired speakers with bluetooth connection pioneer mixtrax.
Other details:
Queen size memory foam mattress with drawers under the bed for storing clothing etc. Overhead storage above refrigerator and foot of the bed. Cabinets in the kitchenette area are soft close drawers and have locks to keep them closed while in motion. Windows all have dark tint and curtains. During the day it is impossible to see in through the tint from the outside. Black out curtains for the front windshield and front door also included. Roof has been coated with Henryโs Tropicool elastomeric coating. Floor has 2โ rigid foam insulation. Walls are insulated with fiberglass batting. Ceiling insulation is factory and ceiling is factory metal. Alu rack roof rack was a custom install, and runs 2/3rds the length of the roof. The rack is used to haul 4 surfboards around the country during our journey. There is a XXL Thule roof top carrier on the roof as well for a lot of extra storage. More storage under the seating for the dinette and a couple of hidden storage areas in this area as well.
Bus comes with spare alternator, two new break calipers for the left side front and rear and extra interior and exterior paint.
