E-450 short bus. 2005. Outfitted for “van life.” We had a tenant living in it for several years and now they have left and we realize that we want to get rid of it.
It’s got propane powered oven, a sink but no hot water heater hooked up. It also has a propane powered refrigerator. Might need some vent work done. No toilet. SOLAR-POWERED. With two nice marine batteries. Or hook up to generator.
Why so cheap? Because a couple years ago the front end, under the hood caught on fire. So it doesn’t run and has extensive damages. Probably take about 10 grand to fix according to my mechanic.
