Titled and insured as a motor home, DT466 w/ Allison transmission, all fluids recently topped off. Was a fleet vehicle in Maryland prior to my purchase, has never been driven in northeast winters (chassis in great condition).

Cubic Mini woodstove (Grizzly model)

3-wire/4-wire electrical components (wall outlets, USB outlets, cover plates, boxes, light switches) not ran but all included

4x Firestone FD663 drive tires (May 2021)

2x Firestone FS561 steer tires (May 2021)

**all new tires have about 40mi on them**
