This tiny home Skoolie has a 12 volt and 120 volt electrical system powered by a Renogy 3000 pure sine wave inverter/charger with 30 amp plug on side. There is a 4 bank battery set up that will allow you to keep your electric running, even when there’s no generator or shore power.
On board there is a 60 gallon fresh water tank with a 3 gpm 45 psi water pump and accumulator. It is also set up for city water supply. For your hot water needs, there is an on demand 8L hot water heater delivering 109+ degree water in seconds. Driving is extremely easy with an air ride seat, small turn radius, and 7” back up display making it easy for anyone to see and drive.
With led lighting through out, you can set a warm mood for ambiance or turn on the zoned puck lights for a brighter need.
Kitchen: There’s plenty of counter space in the large L shaped kitchen, including a deep stainless steal sink, fridge/freezer, microwave and a 4 burner gas cook top. You can comfortably host a meal with friends. An additional two and a half foot fold away cutting board can double as the perfect remote work desk as you enjoy the view out of the windows or skylight.
Master bedroom and sleeping options: the master bedroom features a full size memory foam bed with access to an abundance of storage below. The master also features a full closet with additional space above. Here, you’ll find an entertainment wall with cable and electric for streaming your favorite shows, gaming, and more. You’ll find a built in shelf on each side of the bed with outlets in each. Looking up, you’ll find peace in the night sky, stargazing through the skylight directly above the bed.
Towards the front of the bus, the massive couch slides out to create a second bed for additional guests. This couch also has ample storage below.
Bathroom: this bus features a bathroom big enough for two with a full splash floor. Subway tile throughout the bathroom makes it an easy to clean space that brings all the amenities of home with you in the road. Tucked inside, you’ll find a cassette toilet for those who don’t want to rely on emptying black tanks. Additionally, a water supply to the toilet has been installed if you chose to have a black tank instead. The giant waterfall shower with additional wand was installed into a dome skylight to allow for an amazing 6’ clearance.

The ceiling and floors are insulated with 1” foam board insulation and the walls have 2” insulation. The air conditioning unit is also equipped with an electric heat strip.
