2007 International CE300

This spectacular converted school bus, is registered in Florida as a recreational vehicle.  It’s sophisticated Beachy Design was built with comfort convenience and exploration in mind.

Comfort Feature:

2 Roof top Air conditioning units front /rear, 3 captains chairs with seat belts, Fold flat sofa for additional sleeping, Refrigerator/Freezer, microwave, oven with 3 gas burners, 15 Gallon Propane tank for Refrigerator, water heater, range. Fogatti tankless water heater.

Skoolie has 2 bunks with extra long mattresses and a full size queen memory foam mattress/bed, the queen bed has tilt out storage bins on both sides and a drawer at the foot for storage. The hallway has a closet that also contains the electrical panel and low voltage transformers.

The bathroom consists of a shower with porcelain tile, custom vanity with storage, medicine cabinet, and toilet. Sliding doors keep things private.

The electrical system consists of 50 amp power, led dimmable lighting, 2 wall mounted TV’s with ROKU, a Panasonic stereo with 2- 6 x 9 speakers. Backup camera. The back door is access to storage, with a large drawer under the queen bed.

The bus was sanded and primed with automobile primer and 2 coats of automotive paint, woodgrain panels on both sides.

The bus has 100 gallons of fresh water, 2 25 gallon grey water tanks, and 50 gallon black water tank with a clean out valve. The grey water is used to flush the toilet.
