Selling my mostly self converted Skoolie as I don’t travel in it anymore and could use the cash. I did all the carpentry and woodwork myself but hired out all electrical and plumbing work. Here are some specs/more info about it. Price can be negotiated ask me anything you would like to know I’m here to sell after unfortunately getting sick and needing the money for other things. There is a check engine light on and the water is not correctly working. I’m sure the water heater is an easy fix but I’m assuming it is something related to the cold winter we had. I wasn’t living in it then so I don’t know what could’ve happened for sure but if I have time I’ll work on it to see what’s going on.
230k miles, engine is broken in and runs great. Automatic and diesel. 7.2L L6. Air brakes
75 gallon freshwater tank.
30 amp shore power hook up. There are 2, 120 amp outlets that have been disconnected but are there if you wanna reconnect one day.
Nature’s head composting toilet.
No solar or ac/heat setup as I have been following the weather and have always used shore power to hook up external heat or ac when needed.
Queen size bed with dresser built underneath.
Tiled shower. Nebia shower head.
Futon in living area houses fresh water tank underneath and can also be folded out into another bed.
Child safety locks on all cabinets so nothing opens while driving.
Carrier mount on back now.
One external storage box that came in the bus.
Comes with dual fuel gas propane generator.
Shurflo water pump and propane tankless water heater are to the left cabinet of the kitchen sink.
There is a 6 drawer dresser that is built under the bed in the back of the bus. The area behind the dresser under the bed area can be accessed by the back bus door.
Electric toaster oven, fridge, and propane stove. Propane tank is mounted on outside of bus and is protected.
Comes with a generator that is brand new and never used. I forget the size of the propane tank at the moment.
Registered as a motorhome in Tennessee and the title is in my name. No accidents, insurance claims, theft, all clear!
