2011 Ford E-450 Shuttle Bus Conversion

This is a 2011 Ford E-450 Shuttle Bus. It originally belonged to a church that shuttled its small congregation to outings. Realizing that the shuttle bus was not needed, they opted to sell with having only accumulated 15,000 miles.
It was immaculately well maintained and has now been transformed to sleep 4-5 comfortably. It’s new purpose has shined threw and is truly a home on wheels; eager and excited to explore new terrain with you. To keep you safe, warm, and adventurous the walls and roof have been insulated. We also installed a 14″ exhaust fan/ skylight. The bus’s original heating and cooling system is still in place. Also added an additional fan to assist the heater in the back. With the air conditioner in the back it cools down the bus very quickly. And with the heater in front and back, you’ll stay toasty warm.
Mechanically the bus is in excellent condition. Tires are like new, and the bus runs and drives amazing.
The kitchen, with it’s extra large handcrafted counter-top, is more than enough to have the basics from stove-top, microwave, toaster oven, prepping, to the indulgences. And there is plenty of cabinet space to store them all to keep it neat and tidy. And a brand new compact refrigerator and freezer combo that fits perfectly with the brand new kitchen (faucet has a pull down spray head). Running water is provided by a new water pump with strainer, and new accumulator tank to aid in the life of the water pump. The water supply is a new 33 gallon fresh water tank. (33 gallon grey water tank as well.) Bus is equipped with city water hook-ups for easy water filling.
The kitchen also includes a new burner/griddle combo (portable) propane grill for the counter, comes with legs so can cook outside with it too (propane hook-up already installed for your convenience in the bus). A new 2 burner electric countertop burner so you can cook using solar if wanted is included as well. Everything is brand new, never used (just tested to ensure everything works properly)
After you’ve cooked your delicious meals in your kitchen, there is a dining area in back, with a good sized handcrafted drop leaf style table and ample seating. Under the two side seats is tons of storage space.
The dining area transforms into a full size bed with new coverings and new 3 inch high density foam mattress. A cubby storage closet sits to the left. Under the cubby (out of the way, yet still conveniently accessible) is where the 4 100ah AGM batteries, 1500 watt inverter, charge controller, and battery level gauge with temp and volt readout are all housed. All of this is powered by 300 watts of solar panels attached to the roof.
Your next seating option is on a new 3 inch high density foam, 80 inch oversized sofa (with large storage capacity underneath), that turns into a large queen bed. All brand new.
A newly installed bathroom allows you all the great amenities to make you truly feel like you’re at home; be the first to take a nice hot shower (new tankless hot water heater installed), and be the first to use the brand new 5 gallon cassette toilet, and be the first to wash your hands in the brand new bathroom sink. A private area that closes off with an accordion door, and two small windows for fresh air.
If you have a beloved pet, we’ve included him/her in the design of the conversion. A perfect space for your pet that fits a large dog, just lay down your pets’ little bed, and it’s good to go.
The added touches also include coat and key hangers, shoe rack, area to store garbage can and broom & dustpan. And let’s not forget the beautiful new vinyl plank flooring, new bluetooth in dash radio, and brand new 24 inch smart TV with remote, on a swivel mount.
