2012 International Activity Bus Diesel

Every School bus has a story and “the Silver Lining” posted here has a winding one. I bought this bus from Tillery Chevrolet In New Mexico in May 2021 specifically to take a group of kids from my home town in upstate NY to see the great American West. I am a photographer and found silver while on assignment She has pass through luggage and a strong rear engine and plenty of room to convert. We were to travel with most of the seats in and remove a few for “sleeping pods” which we did . My main requirement was that the bus have A/C. I purchased the bus and returned to NY to get me crew.. After flying in to NM to start our journey we learned that the a/c was weak and the kids were dying ..I replaced it in Las Cruses and the AC works perfectly now. While in the shop International Repair in las Cruses we learned that the bus had a diesel filter problem which the dealer agreed immediately to pay to replace.. The bus now had a new diesel filter , however the wait time for that part was weeks and we had no choice but to rent vehicles and keep moving with these kids.. The month is took to get the part and replace was the entire trip time and we flew home to NY leaving the silver lining behind in Las Cruses. I was torn about converting or selling or keeping for a non Mobil Living Quarters, but have not gotten back to get her and now my work schedule demands that I likely wont for a while .This was a case of bad timing and now the bus which had about 5k of good work into her is siting waiting to serve.. The guys at dealership will show and interested buyer and get you test driven ..I hold the title and never registered her.. I paid 15k and have about 3k in myself  for ac repair and oil change and tune up plus what the dealership paid to replace the diesel filter. Tires are in good condition This clean bus will be serviceable  for decades to come.. and I’m sad to even write this but it needs to be in use.. ill entertain most reasonable offers..
