The exterior was freshly painted with high-quality exterior paint last summer (2025). The flooring throughout the bus is paper bag flooring with 4 coats of sealant, and is worn in a few places. The driver’s seat swivels manually and can double as a living room chair. Directly in front of the mini wood stove is the couch, which can pull out into a bed. A live-edge slab of maple serves as a bar for two between the wood stove and the kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with a gas range, an Avante fridge/freezer, a 2-compartment stainless-steel sink, a pull-out pantry, and plenty of cabinet storage. Also, below the kitchen counter is the washer/dryer combo. Further back is the closet and bathroom with a sliding barn door, vessel-bowl sink, and regular RV toilet. The bedroom has a queen bed and 2 toddler beds that could be converted into more storage as needed. Under the queen bed is the freshwater tank and extra storage space.
We used the skoolie on full hook-up, so the sewer system is plumbed directly through with no holding tanks. Black and gray water tanks could be installed underneath as needed, but they did not serve our purpose, so we did not install them. Two 30lb propane tanks are stored under the bus on the driver’s side. The engine runs well, and except for one clearance light, to my knowledge, everything works well. The tires are showing a little wear, but I think they have a lot of life left in them. We have loved this skoolie, and hope you will, too! There is no warranty, and we are selling the bus as it is.
