2000 International 4800 Finished Skoolie

We are selling our Skoolie after having a great time with it. We used this on two travel contracts and camped numerous times with it.  It was a great second home for us and we hope to find it a new home.

We are asking 60,000 OBO. It is a 38 foot 2000 International 4800 front engine.  It has 127647 miles. The engine is a DT466 with an Allison AT545.

The electrical aspect is 400 amp hour lithium ion batteries (two 200amp hour Life Blue batteries. 1020 watts solar ( six 120w panels), Victron 150 amp charge controller, Victron 3000 Watt inverter. Upgraded 250 amp alternator linked to the house battery bank. So driving the bus also charges the batteries. You can plug into anything from 15-50 amp.

The heat is provided by a Rixen enterprise/Espar D5WS hydronic heating system, on demand hot water and hot air heat exchangers. When plugged into 30 amp or greater the system has an electric heating element to save diesel.  This system is very efficient, providing 17,000 BTUs of heat. While offering the optional on demand continuous hot water. The Heater unit was replaced in November of 2023.

AC is a Pioneer 110 volt minisplit. Capable of 12,000 BTU cooling with 9,000 BTU Heat.

There is a 100 gal fresh water tank located under the bed which allows for easy checking of water level. The shower and waterless Separett Villa toliet drain into a 45 gal gray tank. While the kitchen sink and washer drain into second 45 gallon gray tank. The 2 bunks worked great for our kid.  The top bunk has great storage under it. The walls and ceiling have spray foam insulation while the floor is board insulation.  The four rear tires are new  and were replaced in September of 2023.Has washer dryer combo, apartment sized fridge and freezer, 4 burner stove with oven that runs off propane. The propane tanks are located under the bus in the black storage box. There are 2 skylights with 2 MaxxAir fans. The bus features a built in water filtration system. It has aWeBoost cell booster. It also comes with a 60 gallon portable water bladder. The bus has brand new buss batteries in November 2022, Predator 4550 generator, Pelonis 30 pint Dehumidifier, Custom RV Skirting from the Skirting Company in Akron Indianna. and other extras that would come with the sale. The Table is able to be taken apart and reassembles with ease via strong magnets. The leaflets for the table are also able to make the front two couches into a bed.
