This finished Skoolie is off-grid ready with 600w solar/lithium battery, 20 GALLON propane, full-size appliances, 100 gal. fresh water, 100 gal. grey water, 40 gal black water, and convenient fill and dump fittings.
6ft x 4ft wet-bath with flushing toilet, nice sink, stone flooring, flash water heater, and 6ft shower head. On-demand hot water in kitchen and bathroom.
8 electrical boxes with 18 outlets conveniently placed throughout. Insulated floors, walls, and ceiling. PVC flooring. Roof-mounted Dometic A/C with separate power chord. Custom bike carrier and generator/gas can platform welded to rear (generator included), for storage and extra power source.
Strong-running T444e V-8 diesel engine has plenty of life, and Allison transmission is solid. Doesn’t leak water, oil, grey or black water. Clean and presentable, we were welcome at most RV campgrounds as we traveled the country last year exploring 23 states, over 8,000 miles in ten months.
As a family of three we were able to live off-grid for 4-5 days at a time, with water, power, cooking and refrigerator/freezer. Go to any RV dump station and conveniently dump, refill water tank, and repeat!

6 ft. long couch converts into king size bed, with ample storage underneath (100 gal. freshwater tank also under couch/bed). Also, Twin XL loft bed with child play space or extra storage beneath. Cupboards, pantry, and two hanging closets, plus linen closet, under-cabinet storage, and over head cabinets, provide lots of storage but also allow ample head room for people up to 6’2″.
Full size stove/oven with five burners (center griddle) is awesome!
Full-size farmhouse sink, beautiful and functional faucets (kitchen and bath) and great water pressure, even off-grid.

6 cameras with active lighting and siren options are wired into smart TV (included) for 360 degree view of what’s outside.
