2002 Thomas Built full conversion

This just had all 4 rear tires replaced, greased up and ready to go. Its high ceiling and rustic interior provide for a relaxing space that is easily cooled and heated with the mini-split air conditioner and heat pump. The TV and PS4, as well as the cow skull if you want it, will stay with the bus.

Total clearance height after roof raise and solar panels is around 11’2″ and is 36ft in length . The roof raise is across the general living space (including shower) gives over 7ft of head clearance and tapers down around the queen sized bed which sits overtop a 100 gallon water tank. It has 1200w solar with a Victron solar charge converter and a 30 amp/3k watt Victron inverter and a 600ah battery bank.

The Norcold refrigerator can work off AC/DC/Propane. A pioneer mini split with a heat pump is installed. I have lived in it during Colorado winters and Florida summers and have stayed rather comfortable. Spray foam insulation along the sides and ceiling with foam board insulation under the flooring.

The back of the bus is walled off where I used it as a garage and kept my toolbox, etc. You could relocate the electric there to free up interior storage.

Opening the door the light switch is placed just above floor level so that you can turn it on before climbing the steps, a light switch mounted in the ceiling near the bed, and a light switch for the individual bed light. There are two outlets next to the wall mounted tv/PS4 (plan on leaving it with the bus), one on each side of the sink, one over the bed, and one in the garage space.

I have the workshop manual for the engine and for the bus if you are mechanically inclined to use it for any future maintenance. I have lived in it for five years and am looking to downsize.
