40 ft 2003 Thomas Saf t liner ready for off-grid with only 110k miles, runs great all the maintenance is up to date.
It is already titled and registered as a motor home (RV). It has a rear engine cat ER3126E230 and Allison transmission MD3060.
It gets 10 miles per gallon while towing my 06 Honda CR-V and full of water which it’s fantastic for a 40 ft long.
It’s equipped for boondocking (no need to pay campgrounds) with a 126g freshwater tank and a water filtration system for drinking and cooking. 42g grey water tank with an automatic release valve for easy dumping  (while driving) 6L instant propane water heater and 1500watt solar panels with a Victron solar charger to power 4  6volt golf cart battery with 100 amp each, and 3000w continuous and 6000w surge pure sine inverter to power all 8 AC outlets and appliances, also a 50amp service if you do go to a campground with city water outlet and draining hose. 3500 predator inverter generator-super quiet for backup power. 12volt lights and USV outlets to charge phones, cameras, etc  4 in total.
Inside is a beautiful open layout with light colors. It has a Dometic roof Unit air conditioner with a heat pump. Also a diesel heater and a wave 3 catalytic propane heater. Two 12 volt max air fans with exhaust for better air flow.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size stainless steel propane stove and oven; butcher block counter with plenty of space for cooking and prepping meals. Upper and under storage and slide out pantry and under counter stainless steel refrigerator. Dining room table that folds up and becomes a chalkboard. The base of the table is all storage and the seats as well (ottoman x4).

The bus sleep 6 people comfortably with a king-size mattress for  master bedroom, full size bunk beds, plus a custom made sofa that turns into a full bed for guests. The sofa with under-storage we use as a shoe rack and has four seat belts installed. Two large closets for clothing and plenty of storage under the master bed.
Outside it has under-storage on both sides as well as a Towing hitch and if the price is right I could include a tow master dolly with it. Also, most windows have a custom screen net.
We are traveling around the northwest area now but continue to move. This bus is life-proof. We have lived and travel in it for the past two years all over this great and beautiful country and it’s ready for the next family to take advantage of it. We have decided to sell it because our tour around the U.S is almost done and we will be traveling to other countries soon. Thomas is a beast and is ready for many more adventures.
