It’s with heavy hearts we sell our skoolie, but times change and our only hope is that someone can find similar adventures to the ones we’ve had with it.
this bus has driven from coast to coast and back, the only mechanical malfunctions we experienced were 1 or 2 flat tires.
the bus is fully converted and designed for off-grid travel. Maintenance has been done religiously, and the suspension, brakes, and tires were completely redone recently.
The entire solar system was purchased as a kit from Arizona Wind and Sun. Plenty of rooftop solar to keep everything running, and a lithium battery bank.
35 gallon fresh water tank runs fresh water to the sink and shower. The shower is small, but features a magnetic shower head that can be placed on the exterior of the bus for outdoor rinsing after a good beach day.
the bed is a custom made futon that we use as a couch in the day, and pull out to sleep at night.
