2009 International CE 29' diesel Full Conversion

Easy to drive and fun to stay in 2009 International. Licensed and insured as a RV in Illinois.

3 lithium batteries, a deluxe driver’s seat that has heating and cooling built in; Super comfortable and very expensive! 2 maxair fans, 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the bedroom. An additional fan that can be installed near the stove for ventilation. Also, we can include the extra seat that we used when traveling with 2 people, the seat bolts into the floor next to the driver’s seat.

My husband and I have taken it from the Chicago area to Massachusetts, California, Arizona, and New Mexico. I used it to live in when I did brief travel ICU RN assignments during covid.

It is super secure, with sliding wooden shades that lock on each window. There is a bedroom door that separates the bedroom from the  rest of the bus.

The minisplit works great. We had initially installed an incinerating toilet(terrible idea) but took it out and have a dry flush now. The bathroom is super cute, ceramic penny tiles-easy to keep clean.

This is an unbelievable bargain. We paid $60,000 to get the bus converted. But, health issues are preventing us from using it. And we need to sell ASAP. So if you have a serious offer, let’s talk.

There are things that need fixing-but nothing that would prevent you from using it right away.

There is a 100 gal water tank. But there is a small leak in the system. Honestly, we would have taken out the tank and put in a 50 gal and gained even more storage under the bed. There is a propane powered stove and on demand water heater. And a full size fridge and freezer which was great on longer trips. The dickenson heater (see picture of kitchen) costs over $900. We bought it new, but never used it (you could probably sell it if you wanted to convert from propane to electric and make some $),

You can look at a youtube video from when we 1st got it. The exterior of the bus is fully painted with water proof sealing on the roof. There have been changes since the video was made that you can see in the pictures.
