Ford E450 with the famous “bulletproof” 7.3l Turbodiesel with 190k miles.
Every mechanic that has looked at the engine remarks that they wouldn’t be surprised if it hits well over 500k.
All scheduled maintenance carefully observed, regularly checked by Ford diesel mechanic, and previous owner was a diesel mechanic by trade.
Almost all external engine parts that can wear out have already have and been replaced (coolant system, glow plugs, alternator etc.). Full list of replaced parts are available in the manual linked above.
