1993 Skoolie Conversion

Our little family had plans to travel full time in this recently completed Skoolie but life changes and we feel led to move back out of the country.

Here’s some info on our off grid Skoolie!

Our Bus is a 1993 Blue bird TC2000 is 27ft long with a 16inch roof raise and has a 5.9 Cummins 12valve Engine. Brand new Prinx Tires (6)!

The bus is equipped with 1,875watts of solar on the roof and two Victron DC-DC chargers to charge the batteries (800 amp hours of Renogy lithium Batteries) while the engine is running. The bus has  a Victron  Multiplus 3000 inverter, as well as a small renogy 2000watt inverter for the stove top.  There are two Victron solar chargers ( one is the 150-70 and one is 100-50.)

Sleeping quarters include a twin bunk above the cab and a king bed in the back. There are 3 seatbelts including the driver (but plenty of room to carry 6 people or more). The dining room table can be lifted up and out of the way at anytime. There is a hidden storage underneath the dining table seating.

We have a brand new 9.8 GE 12v fridge used only for a week. In the bathroom there is a natures head composting toilet. There is a shower with a teak wood seat. We built a crib for our son but you could change it to a closet if you wanted to. The back bedroom has optimal storage above the bed and a 12,000btu mini split AC that cools the bus off!

Their  is 100gallon freshwater tank under the bed( with a botch 7 gallon water heater) and 100 gallon grey water welded under the bus.  The bus has a great amount of storage and dimmable puck lights throughout the build.

The bus is fully insulated very well with 3 inch foam board around the walls + ceiling with 1/4 inch in the flooring with lifeproof vinyl flooring.

The bus odometer broke at 242,000 and I have put about 4,000 more miles on it but it’s still running strong.

don’t hesitate to make me a reasonable offer. I am a highly motivated seller
