My family of 4 has called this bus home for the past 4.5 years, and it’s time for us to move on to the next adventure! This bus has given us the freedom to work less AND live in paradise. This is your sign to get out of the rat race and live your dreams!

The bus has been parked for 4.5 years, but I have been running the engine every few months and it still starts right up. I got a mechanical inspection before I bought it and the engine was in great condition. Drove it 350 miles to get it here with no issues. Would be best used as a stationary home but could totally be road trip ready with minimal alterations and a tune up.

It’s not brand new and doesn’t look like it, and the price reflects that. It has served as a highly functional, wonderful off grid home and been well lived in. I have raised my 2 kids here for the past 4.5 years and loved every minute of it. We are moving out of state to be closer to family and sadly cannot take the bus with us.  With a little TLC you can make it yours!

I am the 4th owner, it was first owned by a school district in Washington state, then bought and converted by a family there, then sold to a couple in CA who made some improvements, then I bought it from them and have made many improvements to the main systems. Currently registered Non-Op in CA (since we have it parked). Can get a one day transfer permit no problem to move it wherever. Clean Title in hand.

It was used as a school bus in WA, and therefore has some rust damage under both front wheel wells. A few other very small rusty spots that I have treated. I’m not going to lie to you about the condition of this bus- I want you to know what you’re getting and feel good about the price. The front window has a large crack. One back rear light is dented in, but I thoroughly sealed it up. Sometimes a small amount of water drips in though the handle to open the rear hatch. The tachometer doesn’t work.

Open House April 12-14, 10am-3pm each day, contact me directly for exact address and directions.

Bus is available after May 31st

Delivery not available, must be picked up in San Luis Obispo.
