What’s been done:

• Completely gutted including removing rubber/plywood floor, walls and insulation and ceiling and insulation
• Grinded any rust on the floor, patched large holes by welding sheet metal into place, sprayed Herculiner on ¾ of the floor Removed heater and coolant lines from the engine to the front defroster and removed front defroster
• Reconfigured dash with new sheet metal
• Reconfigured steps and replaced with new sheet metal welded into place
• Removed all windows, cleaned, spray painted frames matte black, and reinstalled with butyl tape and silicone caulk (also cleaned and removed old window sealant from all window openings)
• Deleted 1 window on the passenger side and deleted 5 windows on the driver’s side along with deleting the side emergency exit door.
• Riveted 14 gauge sheet metal where windows were deleted, caulked seams and primed white
• Removed all school bus markings/stickers and most of the residue
• Deleted front flashers and covered with sheet metal
• Removed 2 large under carriage storage compartments (stored inside the bus) with the intention of rebuilding/connecting for additional storage between the two compartments
