2001 GMC 4-Window Finished Thomas Built

Converted Bus with 49,400 original miles and set up for off grid or shore power.  This bus has been used…not left sitting since mechanical and interior work and upgrades-originally a church bus (thus the low miles) Registered as an RV

Four window and 20′ total length exterior, (16 passenger) and inside height is 6ft. V-8 vortex 5.7  Front and rear AC

Below is all relatively new: – Complete brake job -Front and back shocks – Six commercial tires (under 8k on them) -Fuel sensor -One spare tire with custom welded attachment under the bus.) New radiator and hoses.  Brand new battery. Everything has been gone through by a pro mechanic to ensure it’s in top condition.

Included in the conversion: -Shore power hook up and 2 plug-ins inside -Three ac adapters, (one under fridge, one in bedroom area, and one above driver next to control panel)
-Six monocrystalline 100 watt solar panels – Two AGM 100AH and two 80ah batteries housed under the bus in a welded cage (see photo and has access door)
– Two MPPT Charge Controllers (one 20a and one 40a)
–  2-2000 Watt pure sine inverter with Blue tooth available, (The Blue tooth is not hooked up but I have it for you so you can hook it up to your phone)  One inverter is used exclusively for the electric fridge when off grid and it has never failed to keep my 5.2 cu fridge running perfectly
-Three propane tanks that are caged in a welded box under the bus with an access door. One is for the propane stove and hooked direct, and the other two are spares.
-Port a-potty included (not gross, clean and hardly used)
-Electric hot water heater 2.5 gal works on solar or electric, and included is an outdoor pop up shower and the shower nozzle is by the sink and goes out the bus window and into the portable pop up shower
-Three tables total- one small round in the couch area, one larger that fits for in the couch area for meal size stuff, and the one with the apple design that flips up and works great for a laptop or extra person space.
– There is a seatbelt in the couch area, and one for the marine style passenger seat up front that I took out (but will include)—currently there is a bench in that spot by the door.
-The water tank is 25gal and located under the bed area. -The sink faucet includes an LED light in it. -The exterior paint is ok (not fantastic) – There is lots of storage under the bed, and the couch and the kitchen sink cabinet – The bed area is 42inch and has a storage cabinet.
