This is a 2002 Blue Bird All American powered by the legendary 5.9L Cummins High Output diesel paired with an Allison MD3060 automatic transmission. It has 237,000 miles, runs great, has excellent power, and no rust. Solid drivetrain and an incredible foundation for a full-time build.

Dash Note (Please Read):

The factory dash has been removed. The dash cluster and gear selector are currently loose and will need to be secured. Our plan was to build a custom dash setup, but we ran out of time.

The bus still runs and drives perfectly fine — I personally drove it several hundred miles to its current location without issue. Just know that securing or rebuilding the dash area will need to be completed during your build.

•    Fully skinned in 18-gauge galvanneal steel (the same material Chuck Cassidy uses and recommends)

Insulation & Flooring

•    Commercial spray foam insulation in front and rear sections

•    Entire metal floor coated with Chassis Saver paint

•    4” foam board subfloor

•    ¾” Advantech subfloor installed

•    Floor is flat, solid, and ready to build on

Electrical

•    All wiring gone through, cleaned up, and functioning properly

•    All new LED exterior lights installed and working. Front headlights and turn signals have not been converted to LED, but all others have. 

•    Additional new LED side marker lights

Exterior

•    Rear painted with Hot Rod Flatz paint

•    Front and rear color-matched

•    Full extra gallon of matching Hot Rod Flatz paint included with the sale

•    Custom entry door (similar to Chuck Cassidy style builds)
