2002 Ford E450 7.3L Diesel SuperDuty - Partially Converted

Due to a change in life circumstances, I can no longer work on my shuttle bus conversion project. I’ve already put a good amount of time/money into it, but I hope my loss can be someone’s dream come true!

Vehicle

• 2002 E450 SuperDuty

• Roughly 25 feet bumper to bumper.

• Extremely rare copilot/passenger seat! This was super hard for us to find!

• 99% rust-free, both inside and outside, astonishingly so.

Engine

• 7.3L Powerstroke, one of the best diesel engines Ford ever made.

• 190k miles, so easily 200k miles left.

• I had an experienced mechanic do a 3 hour inspection of everything (engine, transmission, chassis, etc), and had no issues found.

Improvements Made

• Backup camera installed.

• New radio head unit installed with LCD touch screen and bluetooth.

• New primary engine battery ($112)

• 4 new rear tires ($1000)

• 1 new rear rim/wheel ($200)

• Completely removed all seats and everything else inside.

• Coated 80% of the exposed metal on the inside with POR15.

• 80% completed the framing for the floor.
