Composting toilet included. Comes with two 100-gallon freshwater tanks installed and ready for use.  Comes with brand-new in box Park Meadow Queen mattress and rug runners (shown in photo).

It is equipped with 2-1500 BTU rooftop AC Units and newly installed Cummins OANA Diesel Generator. Diesel heater installed in electrical room.

Updated: 4 new rear tires. Replaced centralized air system – for brakes and door. New power converter. New water, propane, electrical systems.

New WFCO deck mount power converter. Model PD52 Automatic Transfer Relay Switch. Three batteries hooked up to power converter and 1200-Watt inverter.
