2003 Ford E-450 with a 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel engine. Approx. 24-25 ft. in length. Has 177,605 mostly highway miles.

This vehicle was removed from service in 2017/18 and brought to Westchester County from New Jersey where it was converted into an RV/tiny home. A bigger alternator was put in during the conversion as well as an upgrade to Bilstein shocks to accommodate the increase in weight. Frame is rust free. No check engine light. Both front tires replaced in 2019. Both right rear tires replaced in 2018.

Used for camping and trips to PA. Selling since it has been unused after buying a home.

The living space is roughly 14’ x 7.5’. Ceiling height is 6’4” max. Added 2 additional van seats from a Ford Transit with seatbelts, has a bathroom w/ a shower and compost toilet, propane stove with an oven, a large farmhouse sink, pullout area under sink for a horizontal style cooler/fridge (fridge not included), a wood burning stove with the pipes attached in the back so the top can be used for cooking, reading nook area with custom sized mattress (7″ x 22″ x 72-1/2″), and a bed frame fit for a queen sized bed (queen mattress not included), Blackout curtains have been added to block out any lights in the vehicle.
