2004 Freightliner FS-65 “Slowlearner” For Sale
This is a great bus if you love to cook! The black walnut butcher block countertop has been burnished up to 8000 grit sand paper for a beautiful shine. Always conditioned with butcher block oil. Also featuring a 30” deep sink, under-counter fridge/freezer and a propane cooktop.
The seating area has swivel recliner with seatbelt and a custom-made couch with storage. In the back there is a twin mattress on top of a captains bed with more storage.
I have had the bus since February 2016. This is a Florida bus so no rust moved to Oregon last year and is registered as RV in Oregon. We have traveled over 20,000 miles in the past 6 years. Would travel cross country tomorrow. The only reason for selling is that we bought a farm and building a house.
The bus is powered by a 6.4 liter 906 MBE (non-EGR) Allison 2000 5 speed transmission

Foam board insulation under floor and walls under windows that came tinted from factory.
The only thing that I know is wrong with the bus is one of the A/C compressors is bad. Both worked great before it went out. Was not high on the priority list as I am fresh air and windows down kind of person. (Even through Death Valley in August)
Slowlearner has been a great bus a lot of fun and amazing adventures were had. Now it is your turn. Will be sad to see her go. More pictures are available.
